Do you deliver training on-site at our workplace?
Yes. We run courses on-site across the Illawarra, Wollongong, Shoalhaven, Canberra and wider NSW/ACT. We’ll bring the gear—just provide a suitable space.
What areas do you service?
Illawarra, Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, Shoalhaven and Canberra/Queanbeyan, plus surrounding NSW/ACT regions. Ask if you’re slightly outside—we’re flexible.
Are your courses nationally recognised?
Yes. First Aid (HLTAID units), LVR (UETDRMP018) and WHS/Resources units are nationally recognised and issued via our partnering RTO in line with current standards.
How long do the courses take?
It varies by unit: CPR ~2–3 hrs; Provide First Aid ~6–8 hrs (with pre-learning); Heights/Confined Space typically 1 day. We’ll confirm duration when you book.
How often do I need to refresh my First Aid or CPR?
The ARC recommends CPR every 12 months and Provide First Aid every 3 years (with annual CPR). Your workplace policy may require more frequent refreshers.
What are the prerequisites for LVR (UETDRMP018)?
It’s commonly paired with current CPR (HLTAID009). We deliver LVR + CPR together to ensure you meet typical electrical safety requirements.
Do I need a USI (Unique Student Identifier)?
Yes. A USI is required to enrol and receive a statement of attainment. You can create or retrieve one at usi.gov.au in a few minutes.
What should I wear and bring?
Enclosed shoes and comfortable work clothing. For heights/confined space, wear long pants and bring any personal PPE if required by your site. Photo ID is needed.
Can you tailor the content for our industry?
Absolutely. We adapt scenarios, examples and assessments to your site risks—construction, manufacturing, education, hospitality, community services and more.
How quickly will I receive my certificate?
Electronic certificates are issued by our RTO after successful completion and processing—usually within a few business days.
What’s your cancellation or reschedule policy?
We get that plans change. Contact us as early as possible and we’ll work with you to reschedule. See our booking terms for full details.
Do you support learners with language, literacy or learning needs?
Yes. We use plain language, practical demonstrations and extra support where needed. Let us know in advance so we can set you up to succeed.
